Ask Our EngineersYes. We are a specialized OEM/ODM manufacturer. We support private-label logos, custom colors, handle coatings, retail packaging and structural modifications for pipe cutters, pipe welding machines, deburring tools and pipe calibrators.
Our factory operates under an ISO9001 quality management system, and our gas-powered pipe fusion welder is SGS/CE certified. Certificates can be provided to importers for customs and market-entry documentation.
Our range covers PVC, PPR, PE and HDPE plastic pipes, PEX and PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipes, as well as copper and thin-wall metal tubes. Cutting capacities include 42mm, 50mm, 63mm and 75mm plastic pipe cutters and a 1.25-inch copper tube cutter.
Our gas-powered PPR pipe welding machine heats the socket fusion dies with a gas cartridge instead of mains power or batteries, so installers can complete fusion joints in remote sites, basements, rooftops or areas without a stable power supply.
Production runs on 40+ sets of CNC and automated machines, followed by in-process and final inspection. We maintain a defect rate below 0.5%, which is lower than the typical industry standard.
Our 2,667+ square meter manufacturing facility is at No.21 Guoxiangqiao Middle-road, Xiaodong Development Zone, Lanjiang Street, Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province, China, close to Ningbo port for efficient export shipping.
